GETTING YOUR CHARGES TO US
We more than understand the importance of receiving your charges promptly and we will inform you immediately upon their receipt. Monox offers a variety of ways to transfer your charges.
Option 1: Mail
Monox provides all Doctor's with pre-paid and addressed envelopes. All you have to do, is insert your charges and drop the package in the mail. You can be rest assured you would be promptly notified by telephone when your package arrives.
Option 2: Internet
Monox provides an internet site where doctor's can upload scanned charges at their convenience. Monox downloads from this site daily.
Option 3: Fax
Doctors will be notified by phone upon receipt of all faxed charges.
