Deborah Sigman, the founder of what today is known as MONOX BILLING SERVICE INC. had dreamt of starting a billing agency which would cater to every need of her clients.
In 2002, as we proudly celebrate our 15th anniversary, we know this, THAT not only is MONOX a tough act to follow for our competitors, but also, is the epitome of what a billing service should be.
Deborah Sigman was a manager in the billing department at UCI for 15 years. Sigman started the business with billing services, for MONitors of OXygen and incorporated the company MONOX BILLING SERVICES INC in 1986. The business started as a home based business and grew into what today is around 50 cross-trained, bilingual staff with high tech electronic capabilities working out of a comfortable and spacious location.
